We live in Buffalo, but purchased the car from West Herr Chevrolet in Rochester. We took delivery at West Herr Toyota in Orchard Park. Austin was a pleasure to work with! He made sure all our paperwork was in order and ready to go. Everything was perfect and in order! Izaiah his assistant brought the car to Orchard Park for us. He was there waiting for us when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by his excellent customer service skills and attention to detail!! We also were very pleased with Nolan. I never have to worry about being overcharged for their services, because they are a dealership instead of a garage. I was offered a ride to pick up my car when it was done, by Alex, who was in charge of reporting to me while my car was being worked on. He gave me a discount on the total cost as well which was nice. And, he did a "report" for me to read on the work that was done on my car, rather than just a receipt.

I had a great experience at West Herr ! My Salesman Ricky was great, as was the finance guy! 😁 I did have to come back the next day, as my tire light was on going home. Alex Stone in Service was awesome! He checked all my tires and added a bit more air in a couple of them. He also answered some questions I had about my new Trax! It was a great experience!

Awesome! My fuel pump died on my Chevrolet pick up. I picked up a new part but found out that it had to be programmed by a dealer. Called four other dealers nobody could see me for 3 to 4 weeks to program the module West here got me in that same day. Absolutely fantastic service. When it is time for me to buy a new or used vehicle or any of my family that is definitely where I’m going no doubt about it.
